Seaside Retreat on the edge of Belfast Lough

Bright and spacious home with sea views of Belfast Lough. 2 minute walk to Down Coastal Path, 10 minutes to Belfast City Airport and 10 minute walk to trains into Belfast City (20 min away). Peaceful retreat near the lovely village of Holywood. 6 excellent golf courses within 15 minute drive. The space We have a dedicated guest wing with private bathroom and living space* (with sea views). The rooms are only rented out to one party at a time (i.e. you have exclusive use of the guest wing whether you are two people or 5/6). Pricing is calculated on the number of people staying. - The main guest bedroom is a double with TV. - The second bedroom has a double sofa bed - *There is also a private living room/reading room with sea views which has a sofa bed (i.e. this is used as the third bedroom). There is wifi access throughout. Guest access Guests have access to the full guest wing - bedrooms, private bathroom with shower and bath, plus sitting room with sea views (if not used as a bedroom). Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen and dining room too. These are shared spaces, but we can work around your schedule / needs. During your stay This is a shared AirBnb - we live in the home, but have a dedicated wing for guests (bedrooms and bathroom). We share the kitchen, but work around your schedule. We work from home, so there is usually someone at the property all day, but we are not on top of you! Other things to note We have two friendly dogs, but they do not have access to the guest area. However they are likely to be in the common spaces. The neighbourhood is quite hilly and we are at the bottom of the hill (the train station is at the top). Please note, there are no shops or restaurants in Seahill, but plenty to choose from in Holywood (5 minute drive / 10 minute train journey). Belfast is a 20 minute train journey from Seahill. There are two trains an hour.
