Attic studio with a view of the stars

The separate apartment in the attic of our old Bremen house is an 8-minute walk from tram lines 2, 3 and 10 (the city center and the train station are thus approx. 17 minutes away.) with free parking outside the door. Within walking distance: shopping center (Hansa-Carré), restaurants, Weser, Weser barrage & nature reserve. Since we also live in an apartment in the house, we are happy to give tips on activities and sights in Bremen at any time. The space The large skylight above the bed and the window in the kitchen were replaced with new Velux windows around June 2024 and offer optimum heat protection thanks to the triple glazing. In addition, they are also equipped with heat-repellent blackout blinds, which also reduce the heat in the attic. Guest access In the house, you can use the entrance area and the staircase. In addition, you have access to the basement with a washer and dryer and of course to the apartment on the 3rd floor.
