Illahee - Beautiful cottage on the water

This beautiful, 1500 sq ft cottage is on the water at the end of a very quiet path. A secluded beach in front by stairs to a walking path along the water. The cottage is 10 years old, and on a 1/4 acre of lush landscaped garden and trees. It is fully appointed as it is our second home that we occupy half time. The space This is a family home, so guests are expected to treat it as their own as well. Loud parties not permitted: the district has a noise by-law with a 10:00pm noise curfew. No pets.
