Escape to our secluded luxury craftsman home nestled in the Nevada City foothills, hand built by the Hart family. This peaceful 3 bedroom retreat offers breathtaking views, modern amenities, and old world charm. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this private sanctuary is your ultimate getaway. Our home is located 25 minutes from downtown Nevada City, and just 10 minutes from the South Fork of the Yuba River. Come enjoy some of the best biking, hiking and river access in the county. The space Every aspect of this house has been thoughtfully designed, from the the hand made cabinets to the decorations and high end furniture throughout. The main area of the house has a beautiful open floor plan with the kitchen and living room flowing together creating a space tailored for entertaining. The kitchen features a commercial Wolf range and is fully equipped with appliances perfect for preparing your gourmet meals. The living room has a dinning table that comfortably seats 12 and pool table which opens up to a large outdoor deck with seating near the grill. The main room has a wood fireplace surrounded by a large leather couch and chairs creating the ultimate space for relaxation. There is a backyard with string lights and outdoor seating which is accessible off of the kitchen. The upper level of the house also features an entertainment room with a comfortable couch that doubles as our gym space and features a large TV, peloton, and free weights. The primary bedroom is upstairs and features a king size canopy bed, a soaking tub, an indoor shower and private outdoor shower off a deck. Downstairs features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and the laundry room. Both of the bedrooms have private balconies with a view overlooking the forested property. The bathroom downstairs also features a soaking tub, shower, and heated floors. The house is climate controlled with heating and air conditioning letting guests relax in comfort no matter the time of year. Our home offers a truly unforgettable experience and we can't wait to share it with you. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except for some locked storage/closet areas. The property has auxiliary buildings below the house that will not be accessible by guests.
