The Barn is a newly converted farm building on a quiet farm in a rural location 1km from Lundin Links. This 1 bed mezzanine is incredibly spacious yet cozy and welcoming. Finished & furnished to a high standard the property is well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Fully contained garden to front, and private courtyard to rear, both ideally positioned to enjoy the morning and evening sun. Only a few minutes to the local beach, pub, shops & golf courses. Pets welcome. The space The Barn is a semi detached property that sleeps up to 2 people in 1 bedroom with a king size bed on a mezzanine. The bathroom, which is situated downstairs, has a large walk in shower with fantastic water pressure. The open plan living area is double height and thus incredibly light and spacious. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable sofa. The garden at the front is fully contained, as is the back yard area. Other things to note Pets are very welcome, we just ask they are kept off the furniture, and are not left unattended in the property. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted per booking.
