The space This beautiful blue beach themed home is equipped with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, spices, cooking utensils, towels, rags, shampoo, conditioner, games for the kids, a large 70 inch television! A starter set of essential supplies is provided as a courtesy upon arrival. Guests with extended stays are responsible for replenishing or purchasing additional supplies as needed. For long-term guests, trash collection occurs on Thursday mornings. Please place all garbage at the street on Wednesday after 5:00 PM and return the bins to the side of the house by Thursday evening. Kindly be advised that the HOA enforces these policies rigorously, and non-compliance will result in the assessment of fines by HOA, and a $200 fine through our owner management. When booking this property, guests are required to read and understand all policies. Deposit will be lost if checkout rules are not followed. If guest checks-out one hour late then a full day will be charged and the full deposit will be lost. Spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeps 8 guests. Two of our beds are cots with cushions and linens which are mostly ideal for kids. Bedroom #3 - Velvet plant 🌱 Enjoy this full size bed in the olive 🫒 green bedroom located at the front of home. Guest access Guests will be able to access the whole home. Security camera is in place on exterior front door only with audio and video. It runs 24/7 to assure guests arrival. Your access code will be sent to you the morning of your stay 😊 Early checkin’s have to be approved by host and will require a $50 early checkin fee. In some instances, early checkin will not be allowed due to back to back bookings that require long cleanings by our maids. If an early checkin is approved, we will only be able to accommodate a 2 hour early checkin. A security deposit of $300 is required within 48 hours of booking. 85% is refundable if property is left in good condition. 15% is used for management to conduct a walk through following guests departure. Please allow up to 14 business days from date of departure for security deposit refund. Emergencies happen. In the event that anything occurs outside of host’s control, guest will not be reimbursed for any of their booking fees. This is a no refund booking. Please take good care of the home for an easy refund return. Thank you! 😊 Other things to note No pets, parties or large gatherings. If more guests arrive than the amount in booking, then full deposit will be lost, or a $300 fine. Please be honest with your guest amount. No more than 8 guests allowed. Late checkouts will endure late fees. 15 minutes late - $50…30 minutes late is $75…45 minutes late - $100. Maids can not sit and wait for guests to checkout, as they have very busy schedules. In addition to the late checkout fee’s, a travel gas fee of $50 will be charged for maids travel. Any checkout more than one hour late will result in a full day charge with abnb applicable fees. We have only one key fob for the Pools. If key fob is lost or missing after guest stay, then a $225 fee will be charged. HOA charges us for key fobs as they are very expensive. No more than two vehicles. Vehicles must be parked in driveway. If there are more than 2 vehicles, then guest may be asked to vacate with no refund, or pay a $300 fine. $150 fine for tampering with doorbell or accessing owner’s mailbox. Two car minimum. No street parking as per HOA rules. Street parking will entail either a $300 fine, and/or guests being asked to leave with no booking refunds. If guests stay more than one hour past their 11:00 am checkout time, then a full day will be charged and a $200 fine will be imposed, or all deposit will be lost. Any days that are blocked for a customer is a courtesy to our guests. If verbal agreement is made between host and guest and not followed through, then host has a right to collect all days that were blocked from guest. If a guest’s stay causes a delay, cancellation, or disruption to a future guest’s reservation, the guest will be responsible for any related charges, costs, daily charges that are lost, or damages incurred by the host.
