There are no shared spaces other than the parking lot, but you may hear light noise as the other tenants walk throughout the house. - Pets are allowed! We do ask that you please pick up after your pet and acknowledge the $25 pet fee. If you have a 'talkative' pet, we just ask that you are mindful of the tenants in the units adjacent to the space. - Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. - One free, off-street parking spot in the house lot.
