Our family lives in Reno plus our housecleaner/handyman lives nearby. We have a lock box on the condo so you can let yourself in whenever you get there. The SPA/HOT TUB is OPEN YEAR ROUND TENNIS COURTS, PLAYGROUND & GAZEBO: OPEN! Our county recently passed a law that states that short term rentals are not allowed to have a gas BBQ on the premises unless it’s 10 feet away from any combustible structure. Our insurance company required us to remove our BBQ. Sorry! 95% of the places at Tahoe do not have air conditioning. Ours is one of them. It does always cool down in the evenings and if you open the windows, it will cool down nicely. There are also portable fans in the closets. WE ARE HAVING A BIG WINTER! OUR HOA REQUIRES THAT ALL VEHICLES ARE MOVED OFF PROPERTY WHILE SNOW PLOWING TAKES PLACE…PLAN ON TAKING YOUR VEHICLE(S) WITH YOU IF YOU GO SKIING OR ARE AWAY FROM THE CONDO ALL DAY (ON DAYS WHEN THERE IS FRESH SNOW).
