Parking is available both on the driveway and on the street outside. Our house has two floors plus a basement. Three bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom with bathtub upstairs. Kitchen, dining room, living room, glass veranda and guest toilet on the ground floor. In the basement there is a sauna, shower, extra bedroom and gym. Also enjoy our property with a patio, berry bushes and fruit trees. The space Bedroom 1 (basement): a queen size bed (160 cm wide). Bedroom 2: extra large double bed (210 cm wide) and original tiled stove. Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed with 90 cm + 105 cm wide mattresses. Bedroom 4: 1 slatted bed and an extra wide single bed (105 cm). Bathroom in older condition with bathtub on upper floor. Newly renovated toilet on the entrance level. Shower room in older condition and sauna in the basement. Large kitchen with dining table and seating for 8 people. Dining room with table that seats 8-12 people, exit to the plot. Living room with tiled stove, large corner sofa and TV. Playroom/living room upstairs with original tiled stove. Glass veranda that is perfect for a glass of wine or a nap. Home gym with treadmill and free weights in the basement. Plot with fruit trees, berry bushes, trampoline and lawn. Large newly built terrace with outdoor table that seats 10 people, sofa group, gas grill and parasol.
