See you soon The space With an area of 84 m², my accommodation is located on the 6th floor of a secure residence and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open and equipped kitchen, a living room with a corner sofa to relax and a dining area. Fully furnished and equipped, you will not miss anything to be comfortable during your stay! This is my main home, so everything is there :) Please note that there is no television but a video projector that provides Netflix only. The apartment is very well located and allows you to reach the old town and beaches in: - 5-minute drive - 10 minutes by bus (every 10 minutes at the foot of the building) - 10 minutes by bike - 30-minute walk The proximity to the expressways of the Annecy exit brings the ski resorts of La Clusaz, Grand Bornand and Semnoz to just 35 minutes! Guests also have access to a bicycle room, as well as a small park located at the back of the building. Guest access A baby room is closed simply to store anything that might clutter you elsewhere. In addition, it is not really of interest in terms of sleeping. Other things to note I am providing my main residence, please respect the neighborhood and treat my apartment as if it were your own.
