The house is located approx. 80 meters from the sea. The Groundfloor Apartment offers around 100 m² of space to relax and unwind. The 3.5-room apartment features an open living and dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower/WC and a separate guest WC. From the living room, you have direct access to the private outdoor area with dining table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue area, outdoor shower, whirlpool and pool. This area is reserved exclusively for guests of the Groundfloor Apartment. The space The apartment has a modern, open design and is practically furnished. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, dishwasher, automatic coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, as well as dishes and cooking utensils. In the living area, there is a 65-inch LED TV with satellite channels, a Sony PlayStation 3 and a wireless Denon HEOS sound system. Through the glass sliding doors, you have direct access to the private outdoor area with dining table, whirlpool and swimming pool. Smoke detectors are installed for additional safety. Guest access Access is through the main entrance of the house and the internal staircase. The private apartment entrance is located just a few steps lower. From the living room, the glass sliding door leads directly to the private outdoor area with outdoor shower, whirlpool and seating area. Other things to note Upon arrival, we are happy to give you a short introduction and explain the most important points about the apartment and the house.
