I am Aurélie, your host at Clos de la Fuie, our family home for 13 years. It is located in the heart of La Perrière, Petite Cité de Caractère® of 220 inhabitants, with shops. The Clos de la Fuie is for travelers who prefer to immerse themselves in a place rather than consume it, sensitive to history and eager to discover the Perche in depth. With its 3 large bedrooms, the cottage offers a bucolic break dedicated to nature, heritage and rest. The space In order to guarantee a careful welcome and to preserve the spirit of the Clos de la Fuie, we have chosen to favor stays of several nights, rather than an express getaway. Passionate about the Perche and old stones, we gladly share our favorites and our best addresses. Our home is unique, full of friendliness and joie de vivre. Every element of decoration, from books to paintings to local furniture and objects, tells a story. In a quiet and green environment, the house brings together two buildings from the 17th and 19th centuries. It opens onto an exceptional 2,500 m² garden with orchard, hut on stilts and views of the village. Le Clos de la Fuie invites you to feel at home, thanks to a warm and welcoming interior. You'll also enjoy our games room with its arsenal of games and piano, and our well-stocked libraries. Our 165 m2 house can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 spacious bedrooms + 2 babies (more than 20 m2 each). Our cottage is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible for you and your toddlers. Your four-legged companion is part of your family, which is why clean and well-educated animals are welcome at Le Clos de la Fuie! Make the most of your stay without needing to take the car! Our Petite Cité de Caractère® has only 220 inhabitants, but its merchants and artists make La Perrière a lively and welcoming village. Guest access Entire house and grounds. Other things to note Le Clos de la Fuie is our family home. Our personal belongings are present, but you will find enough room in the cabinets and dressers for your clothes. Please note that there is no room on the ground floor. Our neighbor can also, at our request, look after our garden by watering the plants. His passages are always discreet. Regarding toddlers, a few points of vigilance: the stove in the living room, the staircase leading upstairs and that of our outbuilding. No smoking house for everyone's well-being. Ashtrays are available on the edge of a window. We accept your small, clean and educated dog. The back yard is full fenced. However, we ask that you bring their basket, bowls and towels to wipe off their paws. We will not tolerate him sleeping on sofas or beds. No extra charge. Thank you for your understanding.
