Gate to the left of the property, leading to the main side entrance. Enter the property into the hallway and through to the family bathroom with WC, basin and bath with mixer taps - doorway through to the back terrace from the hallway: Steps leading to an enclosed south-facing paved patio with garden furniture. There is another grassy raised terrace opposite with views over the valley and thatched cottages of Combeinteignhead. Four steps down to a large kitchen/diner- wooden dining table and chairs- kitchen well equipped- microwave, Nespresso, toaster and kettle Inglenook fireplace with AGA, Hotpoint hob and AEG Competence double oven, integral fridge and integral freezer, full width leaded windows overlooking the front of the property towards the thatched cottages and valleys beyond. The property has been sympathetically restored and retained many architectural features throughout. Three steps lead to the door to the front of the property and step up into the spacious sitting room with exposed beams, two large sofas and comfy chair, two leaded windows to the front of the property. A large open fireplace with wood burner, desk and chair, board games and extensive book collection and coffee table. Door leading turning stair case and 3 bedrooms: Master king size bedroom, bedside cupboards and lamps, chest of drawers, built in cupboard, book shelf, leaded windows overlooking the valley and rear terrace. Double bedroom, chest of drawers, chair and leaded windows to the front and side of the room. Single bedroom - The single cabin bed, with is suitable for a small child, chair and front facing leaded window. The property does not have a stair gate so not suitable for toddlers Family shower room, with electric shower, toilet and basin. The Wild Goose Inn is a delightful period pub and has a very good reputation for food - No need to drive as it’s almost on the doorstep. The Coombe Cellars Inn is within easy walking distance and offers unrivalled views over the river Teign and towards Dartmoor- A fabulous spot to relax and watch the sun set.
