New Vacation Home on our Winery Estate, with a Pickleball Court! This is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Home with 9' ceilings, completely set up for West Templeton/ Paso Robles Wine Enthusiasts. Located about 300 meters away from Paix Sur Terre, details below. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. Two separate suits available for two couples, there is room for over flow if you need to pull out the Murphy Bed in the Living Room (Queen). Privacy is limited in LR. We love Dogs so Pets R OK. Whole house. A Paved Road Driveway all the way to the home. very private! Note the wine poured a the winery is separate ownership , they are pretty good about waiving the tasting fee, but be kind. Please make reservations as they are very busy and have limited hours usually open Thursday through Sunday. Feel free to use the new Pickleball Court. Turns out to be very popular. If not use the space for parking, its ok. This summer has been a hard water year for our entire area. Most if not all the wells on the "west side" contain some sulfur. I use OZONE and aeration systems but this year we are still picking up a little sulfur in the water as we have had to push the well a little during the drought. We hope you understand.
