Situated on the banks of the Jawbone Marine Sanctuary, you could choose to spend time exploring a variety of walking trails or simply sit back, relax and enjoy spending time with the local wildlife -view the pelicans flying overhead while the Swans nurse their young. The space This home comprises two levels of architecturally designed well appointed living. The design of the home has been cleverly created to capitalise on the location; just meters from the water front. The upstairs living areas are drenched in sun-filled natural light which evokes a feeling of living in the treetops - surrounded by birds. Living in this architecturally designed house which provides upstairs living surrounded by trees. Windows everywhere. I feel like I am in a tree house. I smile as I close my blinds and see the 2 resident magpies resting in the tree outside - settled in for the evening. Close proximity to Melbourne City (14kms/8.6 miles) but feeling like I am a million miles away. Visiting Newport Lakes Reserve (2.6km / 1.61 miles) and enjoying time in native bushland. It makes a very pleasant walk and the lakes are incredibly picturesque. Guest access Ground floor : - 2 bedrooms (1 Queen bed and 2 single beds) with shared bathroom. - Laundry facilities includes washer and dryer. First floor: - 2 bedrooms (1 King bed and 1 Queen bed) with shared bathroom and walk in robe - Kitchen - Dining - Loungeroom - Balcony with day bed and outdoor eating space - Powder room Please note: the garage to the home is not accessible. In relation to parking, you will find multiple car parking bays throughout the estate and you are welcome to park in any of these. If you find they are unavailable, additional parking is easily accessible within 25 meters of the home. All guests must be verified. Other things to note This home is nestled within lovely quiet and safe estate. We ask that you kindly respect this private and peaceful location that is treasured by all. While you enjoy the magic of the sanctuary we ask you to refrain from feeding the wildlife. Human food can make the birds sick. As this is a sanctuary, there is no fishing, no swimming and no watercraft to be used in the lake. Enjoy the magic of the surrounds in this secure and quiet location - all within close proximity to Melbourne City.
