The apartment is located near a playground for children and many shops, restaurants, cafes. There are three separate apartments for rent in the building. The area is fenced, with a garden and free parking for guests. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, has a separate entrance and its own terrace with a barbecue, consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed (140x200), in the first bedroom a double bed (140x200), in the second bedroom two single beds (80x200), which can be combined into one large bed (160x200) if necessary.
