Glamping at Bakkegaarden - Camp Fasanen

Glamping at Bakkegaarden offers a unique glamping experience by our own private lake. Here you wake up to birdsong and lake views. You can experience nature and wildlife up close while relaxing and enjoying each other's company. The lake is private, so you will experience a very special tranquility and nature experiences with a large area just for you. Homemade breakfast brunch and 1 box of firewood are included in the stay. We are centrally located on Zealand only 1 hour from Copenhagen and Odense The space You will be staying in one of our spacious and comfortable glamping tents with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relax in the hammock under the shade of the trees, enjoy the silence and the view of the lake and the rich wildlife or take a swim in the lake's clean, clear waters. The tent is furnished with a double bed (140x200), table and seating as well as various furnishings with everything you need, such as service, extra blankets etc. It is possible to make two extra beds on real mattresses. The tent is made of a material that makes the indoor climate always nice. You have access to toilet and camp shower as well as outdoor kitchen with water, where you will find all the necessary things to cook food over fire or gas burner. There's a private cooler. You have your own private area with fireplace, awning, chairs and table/bench set. Solar cells are set up, which illuminate the tent, toilet and outdoor kitchen as well as LED battery lamps. It is possible to bathe outdoors with a "camp shower" where the sun has heated the water. We have a total of four glamping tents "Glamping at Bakkegaarden" - Camp Fasanen, Camp Rådyret, Camp Aborren and Camp Ræven as well as a small holiday apartment on the farm. At Bakkegaarden, we keep our holidays with a sustainable focus, where we grow our own fruit and vegetables, recycle and shop with care for the environment. Read more when you book :-) Guest access You will have access to our entire lake and the surrounding trails, as well as the toilet and outdoor kitchen. The area is privately owned, and therefore you will experience a very special wildlife and a tranquility that you rarely find, as it is only us and our guests who use the area. When you arrive, you park in the courtyard. Here you will be provided with a trailer on which you can carry your luggage. It is about 450 m up to the lake, and on the walk up there, you will slow down and experience the nature and the area that opens up to you. In the morning, you pick up your breakfast, and if you feel like it, you can boil water for campfire coffee/tea. The area is known for its beautiful areas, hiking and cycling routes as well as churches. We are centrally located on Zealand, and it is about 1 hour to Copenhagen and Odense. About 15 minutes drive from here you will find Denmark's largest outlet city, as well as exciting culture and history. Along the roads you can experience horses, cows, rolling fields and small road stalls where you can buy local delicacies. Also visit our farm shop, where you can buy fleas, local delicacies, flowers, trinkets and much more It is not possible to swim in the lake, but about 10 minutes drive from here is Haraldsted Lake, where there is a beach. It is about a 40-minute drive to the sea. Other things to note We also rent a small apartment on the farm. By the lake, we have three glamping tents. The area is large, so there is plenty of space and privacy between the tents.
