Whale Watch Suite 5 is located on the 3rd floor in a 5-plex and has the best ocean view in the house. This full kitchen suite is on the 3rd floor and sleeps up to four. There is a private bathroom with a 4 ft shower. As a long-time, company policy, we require your address when you book. We are pet free. The space This suite #5 sleeps up to four with a queen bed in the bedroom and a brand new La-Z-Boy queen sofa bed, with a comfy Tempur-Pedic mattress, In the living area! The hot tub, located on the same floor, is shared alternately with a maximum potential of 3 other small parties. Guest access This suite #5 is on the 3rd floor and has it own direct entrance from the outside. The common yard is on this same floor, with yard furniture and hot tub. The hot tub is shared with a max. potential of 3 other small parties taking turns! Our guests agree to sign a 'Hot Tub Waiver Form' that agrees to hold By the Waves, Inc. harmless for the use of the Hot Tub. Other things to note We require home addresses from our guests. We have a 2 night minimum stay policy. There is a 3 night minimum stay policy for summer months and Memorial Day Holiday. And a 4 night minimum stay policy for the 4th of July Holiday. Do not bring more people than are shown on the reservation. We are Pet-free.
