Pool and Hot tub Outdoor Sanctuary

Secluded private QUIET safe neighborhood. Near UF/SFC 4 bedroom and 2 bath Pool and hot-tub No parties No events NoGatherings No Hosting Guests, family visiting, and all children coming to visit at our home are counted as guests on the reservation and must be declared. Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7 am. The space A beautifully landscaped private yard with an enclosed patio with a tv sitting area and a dining area adjacent to the salt water pool /jacuzzi.. The kitchen is fully stocked, all white appliances, a coffee bar, a snack bar and a few cokes and waters in the fridge along with vanilla and chocolate ice cream in the freezer. The dining room has 6 chairs. The Living room has a bookcase with many board games and a great 75” Samsung tv with a surround Sonos system. The pool is salt water and heated year round at 80 degrees. The washer and dryer room has a drying rack and complimentary pods and nonstick sheets. The master bedroom has a flat screen cable tv with a bathroom. The other 3 rooms have 2 queens and a California king:; all the 3 bedrooms have Roku TVs. We can accommodate 2 vehicles max. In the drive way. There are closed closets and a closed garage not for guest use. All guests to the home must be disclosed or you will be fined. Guest access All rooms except the garage and 2 locked closets 2 cars in the driveway and 1 on the side street max Other things to note No parties ever, No events. No gatherings , No Hosting, only guests that have been claimed on the reservation Every Thursday the pool company comes out to clean and maintain the pool and hot tub for your enjoyment. Every Friday we have a lawn service starting around 1 pm. Trash must be in the trash bin, it must be rolled to the curb every Monday night.
