All are new: air-con, mosquito net doors, queen-size bed, table, chairs, wardrobe, refrigerator, microwave & water boiler, etc. Flowers garden just outside the sliding glass doors. It is only a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal (Guangyuan Village and Huangnitou): there are green minibuses and buses to Shatin First City MRT station and Shatin train station (5 to 10 minutes away). There are also buses from the bus terminal to Hong Kong Baptist University, Chinese University and Kowloon Tong and Tsim Sha Tsui Nathan Road, convenient transportation. From the mountain home, it is a 10-minute walk to Guangyuan Village, where there are supermarkets and McDonald's stores open 24 hours a day, shopping and dining are very convenient. The private quiet house has a private toilet and bathroom, brand new split air conditioning, floor-to-ceiling glass door balcony, brand new interior appliances: 4.5 ft bed, fridge, microwave, electric, wardrobe, table and chairs, etc. Outside the cottage is a covered balcony and a grassy path and garden greenery, a great place to rest, retreat, or study.
