Bungalow Style home with resort like backyard!!!

Award winning floor plan with a perfect layout for entertaining guests. Some of the features of the home include laminate flooring, quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, under cabinet lighting, gas range, stainless fridge and dishwasher. The living room offers very comfortable leather reeling sofa's with heat & massage. Very comfortable backyard with many amenities including a pool, hot-tub, bbq and plenty of seating. The neighborhood is quiet & provides walking paths and access to greenbelt. The space Pool is only available during summer season from May 1st through the end of August depending on weather. We will allow use of the pool and hot tub but a waiver of liability disclosure will need to be signed and acknowledged before your stay. Garage and master closet will be locked and off limits to guests. You will gain access to the home through the front door with a code that will be provided the day of your arrival. There are front bedrooms appointed with queen size beds and a baby crib if needed. There is a full guest bathroom right outside the two front bedrooms. Master bedroom provides a king size tempur-pedic mattress that can be adjusted to sit up or put your feet up using the remote on the night stand. The front room includes two very comfortable reclining leather couches with heat and massage capabilities. You will have a 70” flat screen TV to enjoy Netflix. Kitchen should have most of the utensils needed to provide home cooked meals. Hot tub towels can be found in the dining room by the back door. There is a laundry room where you are welcome to use the washer and dryer. Please remove lint before each dry. Guest access You will have access to the entire property except for the garage and master closet. This house is used for family when they are in town so personal stuff will be stored in those locked areas. The pool will only be available during the summer. Hot tub is accessible year around. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles. Other things to note We have had multiple complaints from the neighbors in regards to pool and hot tub use so we ask that anyone who stays at our home, please be conscious of the neighbors and call it a night by 9 pm. Keep the noise down while using the pool and hot tub, as the neighbors are very close in proximity. We will also be requiring a waiver of liability form to be signed by all guests who use our pool. It will be provided as we get closer to your stay. We reserve the right to remove any guest from our property if we receive complaints from the neighbors about the noise. Thanks!
