Located at the end of a dirt-road on our 9 acre property, nestled between our primary home and farmland. Casa Nero is a relaxing green-space surrounded by nature and wildlife. Guests have access to a private front yard and designated parking area with lovely views. The space Master Bedroom; Roku TV, cloud pillow king bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower. Second Bedroom; firm queen bed, closet space, dresser. Third Bedroom; 2 twin beds, closet space. Hall Bathroom; Tub option. Full kitchen. Dining table and living space area Guest access We do not allow large parties or gatherings. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOME. This home is reserved for registered guests, only. Please use your designated outdoor space only: -Parking spot -Private front yard space in front of the home -Unfurnished back deck (semi-private, we may be out back at times tending to our plants and animals) We ask that you kindly respect the invisible borders of your designated areas. Your designated space is provided for your privacy and safety. We allow 2 cars only. We ask that you inform your host of anything outside of the ordinary or in excess of 2 cars. Farmland, greenhouse and entering other structures on the property are off limits to guests. Please ask us if you are unsure about your space or have any questions about parking. Other things to note Please be mindful of outside areas, you are in a native Florida environment where animals can be passing through or creating homes! Please look where you step and use lights at night. There are no streetlights, just house lights. We may also access the detached garage on the property from time-to-time. Our home also runs on well water, drinking water is provided for guests.
