A 10 minute walk to the Coton Orchard garden centre, farm shop , cafe and Post Office .A 5 minute drive to a local supermarket and Park and Ride-bus takes 8 mins to Cambridge . The space A comfortable self contained flat with private access located at the front of my house, with it's own off street parking adjacent. There is fully equipped kitchen with dining area comprising full oven, hob, washer/ dryer, fridge, microwave and everything needed to prepare and enjoy a meal. There is also a comfy sofa and TV area in this open plan room. Next door is the bedroom with comfortable King size bed, bedside storage and small wardrobe . The en-suite has a toilet, sink and electric shower. Guest access All areas. Other things to note Please be aware I have a young friendly dog called Winnie that you might see and hear in the garden chasing squirrels.
