Tiny house for connoisseurs!

Start your excursions by bike or car from our blue vacation cottage to the cozy Innviertel with its beautiful gardens, monasteries, markets, explore the Drei-Seengebiet or visit the cultural city of Salzburg, which you can reach in half an hour by car. When you come back, you can cook your own dinner in the cozy kitchen or fire up the grill. Enjoy the view of the pond, the flora and the cheeky swallows on the terrace. The space The small house is 40 m². You enter it through a blue door and find yourself in the kitchen-living room. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need. Missing something? Ask me if you can borrow it from my household. We live next door. A small bathroom and two cozy bedrooms complete the feel-good place. All rooms have direct access to the terrace. If you are arriving by car, you will find your parking space right outside the door, protected under a carport. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal. In the garden you can move freely as you wish. Our bio-pool (swimming pond) is at your disposal at your own risk. So you should be able to swim, because the pool area is not secured. The washing machine can be found in a side room in the annex. Other things to note We also welcome families! However, the responsibility for using the pool lies with the parents. In the second bedroom, there is a bunk bed with a size of 140 × 200. A crib is also available.
