Our beachfront guest room comes with 1 king size bedroom, private bathroom, shared living room with sea views free to use anytime. Self check-in, free parking, and free coffee and tea, and we're within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and beaches. A short drive from national park and many castles. A tranquil base with panoramic bay views. ###No children @@ The space We are located a few steps to the beach. Right next door to a licensed beach cafe . You will arrive as strangers who are sight seeing, walking Snowdon, Adrenalin hunting the largest Zip wire or perhaps visiting the theatre. Or taking a slow pace browsing Conwy castle. Whatever your reason to stay when you leave we hope you leave with happy peaceful vibes. The house is newly renovated but still ongoing and will will be shared with us and maybe other guests. The walls are coated ( where decorated ) with Little greene and Farrow & ball paint colours. The kitchen bench has a warm and cosy organic locally made sheepskin rug. We offer you complimentary tea & coffee this can be enjoyed overlooking the sea from either the upstairs or downstairs lounge. We use natural cleaning or homemade products when available. If you have an allergies please let me know. Your cosy king size bed is dressed in fine linen to soothe you to sleep, hoping you feel like a Welsh mermaid. Step out of the door and you are surrounded by the sea, you can watch the beauty of the sun rising or reflect on the day watching the sun set. A short walk along the coastal path takes you to the quaint Rhos on sea , past the famous St Trillos church. A 5 minute (4 mile drive £10 taxi) or bus) takes you to the Victorian town of Llandudno, where you can scale the great Orme, by car,foot, Tram or cable car. Conwy castle is £12 taxi ride or a shirt 10 minute drive. There is always something to do if you can’t switch off! We are currently renovating so various areas of the house may be in accessible or dusty when you visit. Guest access Staying in someone else’s home is a good base to explore the local area. Make yourself tea & coffee in the communal room .( no kettle in room , we’ve tried it and the mess out weighs the benefit ) Enjoy it sitting at the kitchen table overlooking the garden ( ongoing project) Enjoy your coffee overlooking the sea & bay , watching the world go by. During your stay With work & life , I’m in and out but available to provide you with any local information, restaurants, cafes, pubs/bars or activity or sight seeing tips. I’m only ever a phone or message away. Other things to note ***Currently renovating. *** No tv in room , the views make up for it from the doorstep No kettle in room keeps mess down No kitchen use but plenty of tea & coffee & cereal in our communal breakfast area . No children infants or under 16 year old Sauna £10/pp hour Pre book In the guide book for inside bay cottage you will find ongoing pictures of the challenges of our renovation :)) Please take a peak to see before booking where the dust is settling!! Currently not child / baby friendly. Please remember there may always be a dog or maybe a couple here. Not in bedrooms !
