A large entrance porch is a perfect place to take off wet coats, mucky boots or even salty wetsuits, before entering the expansive open-plan kitchen diner. Complete with Neff appliances, a five burner hob, a Nespresso coffee machine and a large dining table that will seat up to eight with stunning views across the coastline. Just off the main living space is a cosy snug, with dark walls and comfy furnishings, it’s perfect for loafing in front of the 70-inch Smart TV complete with Sky TV package and Playstation. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private balcony looking out to sea. Next door there is a family bedroom with a double and single bed, perfect for the kids and a large family bathroom with a separate shower, roll-top bath and double vanity unit. The house benefits from an annexe accessed off the ground floor with a further king-size bedroom, twin beds on a mezzanine floor along with an additional family bathroom with a separate walk-in shower, Italian marble sinks and nickel-plated bathing tub. Each bedroom comes with fluffy robes, slippers and luxury linens so you can warm up after a day on the beach or perfect for use when dipping in and out of the hot tub. Externally, there are large, sea-facing gardens with a raised decked area, bubbling, warm hot tub and outside shower.
