Other things to note This apartment is part of a duplex located at the very front of a commercial storage rental business, right on Pepper's Ferry Road, and is located above the garage. The other part of the duplex is separate listing (2 bedrooms) that is also available (sleeps 4). There may be guests staying in the other listing, there are no shared walls. Each listing has its own designated parking. Guests may notice very mild activity on the storage property at different times of day or night. Guests may occasionally hear the garage door below them opening or closing, but a couple times a day and almost never during sleeping hours. This apartment is kid-friendly but not child proof. Please use discretion when booking and staying with us. It is not handicap accessible. Please note: We reserve the right to adjust prices for Virginia Tech football game weekends for up to 24 hours after the game day is announced.
