Guest suite in Calgary

A beautiful, bright and cozy tastefully furnished 2bedroom legal basement suite in the beautiful Mahogany Lake community in S.E, Calgary. Close to YMCA, the new South Health Campus, Cineplex and different restaurants. If you are visiting for business trips, visiting family or for leisure, we will happily be your host. The basement suite has its private entrance, separate thermostat in each room and a full kitchen. Street parking is less than 10 minutes’ drive from local services. The space The basement has everything you need for either a long or a short stay. High speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, Samsung TV Plus(which has Live/Entertainment channels), dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, extra pillows, blankets and the kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, appliances and free coffee and tea meant for your suitability. Guest access Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am. The suite is self-check in, so key access code will be provided before arrival. Please note: - NO smoking inside the basement suite (that includes vaping) - NO parties in the basement - NO pets - Stick to the checkout time(11am) - Can't exceed the maximum number of guests.
