The space YOUR BAINBRIDGE ISLAND HOME AWAY FROM HOME We've owned and loved this home for over 20 years, continuously updating it to create the perfect family retreat. This isn't a sterile, overly precious vacation rental—it's a real home where kids can play, dogs can roam the fenced yard, and families can truly relax and make memories together. THE SPACE Designed for comfortable indoor/outdoor island living, our 5-bedroom home sleeps 11 and offers plenty of room to spread out. The bright, sun-filled upstairs features three bedrooms, a spacious living room with large windows, and a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen that flows into the dining area—perfect for entertaining and group meals. Step out to the back deck for BBQ dinners with a propane grill, then descend into your private 1-acre fenced yard where deer often visit and kids can play freely. Downstairs is a kids' dream: a dedicated rec room with foosball, cozy couches, and home theater with a 100-inch projector screen for epic movie nights. Two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom provide extra sleeping space. While these basement bedrooms are more cozy than the airy upstairs rooms, they're comfortable and perfect for kids or friends who don't mind trading some natural light for proximity to the entertainment zone. COMFORT & AMENITIES We've invested in quality where it counts: Tuft & Needle mattresses on all queen and full beds, high thread-count sheets, down-alternative comforters, and plush towels. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need—coffee maker with starter coffee, cookware, dishes, wine glasses, and all the essentials. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and more so you can pack light. After days exploring the island, unwind in the private hot tub under the stars. High-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected, and the washer/dryer means you can pack light for longer stays. OUTDOOR PARADISE The front yard is completely fenced—perfect for dogs and kids to run free. A dog door provides easy access for your furry friends. The 1-acre back yard look out over the forest.
