Spacious and independent house with a personality (137sqm) of Mani architecture on a 4500 sqm plot of land with olive trees, on the road to the beautiful beach of Vathi (at the foot of the traditional settlement Ageranos), at 15 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car. The space The house is accessible from the main road to Vathi with a private dirt road of 80 meters. The first part of the house (renovated building of 1930) is an open plan elegant loft type area (70sqm, ceiling height of 4.5 meters) with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room (8 people), a spacious living room with many comfortable seats and a mezzanine where there are a single bed and a sofa / bed (4th room). On one side (central door) you come out to the patio where there is a large table with comfortable chairs and unlimited views of a plain, mountain and sea. On the other hand, you are led to the second part of the house (extension of 2007) where there are three different rooms and a bathroom / toilet. The one bedroom with a king size bed (memory form mattress) and large built-in wardrobes has a balcony door that you can exit to the second patio to the side of the sea where there is a table with chairs. The middle room with queen size bed and large built-in wardrobes has a window at the back of the house where there is an independent storage/engine room and parking. Finally, the third room has the office layout with independent WC and a sofa bed. It has an external wooden door (independent entrance). From above the three rooms there is an accessible terrace of 50 sqm with unrestricted view. Guest access All parts of the space can be accessible except the independent storage/engine room. Other things to note - Fourth room is considered the properly configured mezzanine of the central space of the house (loft). - Fixed air conditioners are installed in the main part of the house (loft) as well as in the second part of the house (bedrooms/office). - There are no screens on the windows and doors yet, but effective long-lasting insect repellents will be available inside the house. - It is advisable to avoid turbulent games by children inside and around the house near the walls because there is a risk of being hit due to their nature (raw stones) Registration Details 00001551250
