Love and Beyond Sunrise apartment

Love and Beyond Sunrise apartment is a new home built for the rental market. Sunrise is the upper level of this tastefully decorated artist's home. The large covered porch has beautiful views of Coral Bay Harbor and beyond. Access is easy on fully paved roads, in the quiet Seagrape neighborhood, and you are minutes to the shops and restaurants in Coral Bay. The North Shore beaches are a 10 minute drive. A couple's paradise or reserve both levels for 2 couples. Other things to note Maintenance & operations: We are not responsible for mechanical failures of non-essential or luxury items, including, but not limited to television, wifi, satellite/cable service, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Air Conditioning or any other appliance that fails to operate properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for minor disruptions of any utilities or appliance including, but not limited to, power outages, water outages, telephone service, etc. Please note that this home does have backup batteries that are able to power the essentials during a power outage, like the fridge & running water. Please report inoperative equipment right away and we will make every effort to have repairs done as quickly as possible during reasonable hours. Speed of service cannot be guaranteed due to our reliance on island services, repair and utility companies. Cancellation policy: In the event you are forced to cancel, we will make every effort to re-book your villa for a 15% service charge. However, no deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. We may be able to reschedule your visit to another time slot in the future. Refund arrangements can largely depend on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of year. For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing traveler’s insurance. No refunds will be given for early departure unless there is a serious problem that cannot be cured within 24 hours or causes the guest extreme discomfort or serious inconvenience.
