There are three parking spots available: two in the driveway and one in the garage. You will be given a key code for the smart lock, so no need to keep track of keys. There’s also a ring camera on the home’s exterior to ensure safety at all times. Each bedroom includes ceiling fans, and portable AC units are provided for additional comfort. ☆ Streaming services are available using your own account credentials. ☆ For your safety, the property has one exterior security camera monitoring the front entry and a decibel monitoring device inside the home. The noise monitor measures sound levels only and does not record conversations. ☆ A rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking. A valid government-issued ID is also required by our insurance provider. Reservations may be canceled if these requirements are not completed within the required timeframe. ☆ We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your reservation.
