This is a cozy and very intimate small 3 bedroom space. It is a great space for up to 4 guests. We are located 10 minutes away from JFK airport and 25 minutes away from LaGuardia airport. If traveling by car we are located by all the major highways and expressways. For your entertainment and shopping needs we are close to Green Acres Mall, Five Towns Shopping Center, Rockville Center, UBS Arena and Resorts World Casino. The space This is an intimate and small cozy space. It has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room. The place has been restored and is over 20 something years old with distant restored wood floors that slightly creaks. We are very close to the airport so at times you might hear airplanes overhead throughout the day and night. This fits up to 4 people comfortably. The host reserve the right to cancel reservation without a refund if it’s more than 4 people and or charge a fee for extra guests. The parking that is available is on the street, it is free to park on the street. There is no private parking for this unit. This unit is an upstairs apartment. No Pets are allowed. Do not bring or eat food in the bedrooms. Parties and Gatherings are strictly Prohibited! The police will be called and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund. Guest access You will have full access to space and your own entrance and exit. Other things to note This listing is up one flight of stairs. We are close to the airport so at times you might hear airplanes overhead throughout the day and night. The house is a semi attached house. This is an upstairs unit with people below in a downstairs unit and people next door. Please be very mindful and considerate of your neighbors, no loud noises or parties. It’s a 25 minutes train ride to Midtown Manhattan via the MTA LIRR and a 25 minutes train ride via the MTA LIRR downtown BROOKLYN.
