Beautiful Clean House- Office Convertible Bedroom

My family and I have lived in this cozy house in San Ramon for 28 years. The house is in a safe neighborhood that has 2 pools, parks, a 5 minute drive to 2 shopping centers, and close to 2 BART stations. Also, if you like to go for walks behind our house we have access to the Iron Horse Trail. What I like about our location is that you get the sense that you are living far in the country. In the morning you are awaken to the melody of bird's chirping which gives you a very peaceful feeling. The space The rooms in this listing are more spacious than the traditional bedroom with bigger windows but smaller closet space. Completely adequate for short stays or even long stays depending how much clothes you have. It has never been a problem with previous guests. Guest access You will have access to wifi, 1 private/shared bathroom upstairs (depends if we have other tenants renting concurrently), the laundry room, and the kitchen. Use of refrigerator, small oven and microwave is available. Light cooking pls. ( breakfast, salads, sandwiches, steam food). Will provide storage room in the pantry. Other things to note We request that our host brings unscented fragrances( for example unscented shampoo, body soap) to our house. We are allergic to perfumes and colognes.
