La Casa Vola is a beautifully renovated vineyard surrounded by Moscato grapes. The guest apartment has a private pool and terrace with panoramic views of the rolling valley and charming surroundings. Located on the scenic San Grato hill, near the idyllic village of Santo Stefano Belbo. The well-known cities of Alba, Asti and Acqui Terme are 40 minutes away, while the wine paradise Barolo and Barbaresco can be reached in 50 minutes. The area is filled with award-winning wineries and exquisite restaurants, perfect for a memorable stay. The space A comfortable and cosy accommodation with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a large terrace surrounding a 3x11 meter saltwater pool overlooking the valley and the picturesque village. As a single guest you have exclusive access to the pool and terrace, while only the owners next door might take a swim. Close by are excellent restaurants, wineries, and wine bars, making this the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the good life with delicious food and fine wines. The surrounding nature is ideal for hikes and excursions. The ground floor has an open floor plan with a combined living room and kitchen with dining area for 8 guests. From here goes directly out to the terrace. A bathroom with a shower and a washing machine are also available on this floor. The upstairs sleeps two bedrooms – one with a double bed and a single bed, as well as another with a double bed. Another bathroom with a shower is next to the bedrooms. The terrace offers several places with beautiful views, perfect for slow lunches and dinners. Sun loungers available for relaxing in the sun. The pool is 11x3 meters with a comfortable depth of 1.50 meters. A small landscaped garden with different fruits and herbs for cooking completes the property. Parking is available in the yard. Around the house, a 5000 m² vineyard spreads out with Moscato d'Asti vines, ideal for enjoying a delicious sweet bubble wine to dessert or aperitivo. Guest access The guest apartment is a separate part of the property with its own entrance. The hosts live in the other part of the property and are present during the guests' stay. We only rent to one party at a time and as a guest you therefore have full access to the terrace and pool for your own use. Other things to note Regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets. The property is not equipped for people with disabilities as there are stairs and different levels in the property.
