The accommodation is conveniently located 1.5 km from the beaches (supervised in summer), 500 meters from the small village, on the edge of the Auzance and its marshes and 500 meters from the Olonne forest. Everything is within walking or cycling distance from the accommodation. Nearby activities: surfing, kitesurfing, kayaking, fishing, hiking... 15 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne and St Gilles Croix de Vie. 5 minutes from Brétignolles-sur-Mer The space Refurbished 28 m² house, fully equipped with a private and enclosed garden. The accommodation consists of: - A living room (living room / living room / kitchen), - A sleeping area with a 160*200cm box bed, - A mezzanine with a 80*190 cm bed - Bathroom/toilet - A technical room with washing machine and cleaning supplies. The living room consists of a 140*190 cm sofa bed, TV and coffee table. The bathroom is equipped with an 80*100 cm shower, a sink and a suspended toilet. We provide all baby equipment on request (baby bed, bathtub,...) Linens and towels are included in the accommodation. The garden is composed of a large terrace with table for 6 people, a parasol, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, 2 deckchairs, an independent driveway to park the vehicle. 2 bikes and a kayak for 2 people and a child are included in the rental. The canoe is easily movable with its cart. A launch site on the Auzance River is 150 meters from the property. Guest access Fully private accommodation and land. We will try to welcome you when you arrive. If we can't make it, self check-in can be done using a key box. Other things to note Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for 4 adults. Possibility to recharge electric vehicle on a standard outdoor outlet, a supplement will be requested depending on the duration of your stay. Pets are allowed at no extra cost upon prior request. To respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, please do not book if your dog barks a lot. We ask that dog droppings be picked up as well as any hair in the accommodation. Thank you.
