These gorgeous lakes are great for tubing, water skiing, fishing and my favourite swimming. *** Sleeping Arrangements *** The Main Cottage can sleep up to 8 guests: Bedroom #1: Queen Bed + half bath ensuite Bedroom #2: Double Bunk Bed + Single Bed over the top bunk Bedroom #3: Queen Bed + Single Bed over the top Full Bath with deep tub + shower combo Another full bathroom features a spacious glass shower. An exterior door leads conveniently to the hot tub or steps down to the water. The bedrooms are stairs-free. The hallways and doorways are not very wide therefore may not be wheelchair accessible Guest access Direct access to the riverfront. There is parking on the driveway for 5 vehicles. Pontoon, ATV or other vehicles shown in photos are not included. Watercrafts available in summer only June thru Sept. No access to washer/dryer (there is a laundry facility 8 min drive away). Sofa recliner does not function at this time. Other things to note 1. Please bring your own: - towels for hand, bath, beach, hot tub (bedding sheets provided) - shampoo and body wash - life jacket (we provide a few for guests but limited supply and sizes) - mosquito/insect repellant - coffee/tea/groceries/pantry items 2. Fast fibre internet is available in the main cottage. Internet does not always reach the Guest House 3. GARBAGE POLICY: There is a limit of four (4) bags of garbage at the end of your stay (including recycling). Any additional bags over the limit of 4 will need to be taken with you. A disposal fee of $20 per bag will be charged to guests for additional garbage bags left behind. Thank you for understanding. 4. Wildlife: Although rare, deer or other wildlife sightings may be possible. We kindly ask guests to be mindful when out. Please do not leave food outdoors on the patio, BBQ, or other area. Canada geese also like to visit the property. While we do our best to maintain our lawn, it is not always possible to control geese droppings. Please be sure to wear shoes on the grass just in case 🦆 5. Dishware is the responsibility of guests. We remind all our guests to clean any used dishware at the end of their stay. We recommend new guests pre-wash dishware before use. 6. Not included: ATV, Pontoon, Towels, Washer, Dryer, Water Trampoline 7. Families only. Absolutely no parties, no undeclared guests. No sound system may be used at anytime. There are 4 security cameras located around the exterior of the property for your safety and ours. No cameras inside. No cameras facing the hot tub. Cameras are within Airbnb Policy, please do not dock us stars. Tampering with security devices or disconnecting WIFI is against Airbnb Policy and House Rules. Thank you for understanding. 8. Cottage runs on a well system. We have a UV filtration system and water is safe to drink. 9. We encourage our guests to enjoy all that our beautiful property has to offer.
