Sleeps up to 7-8 adults and kids making our home a perfect destination home for families, smaller corporate retreats, and more. the kitchen fully stocked and accented with new appliances. You have everything needed to prepare any meal. Courtesy Note: The house is located in a drought & village area - so there is no landscaping at the yard .The house was inspected and treated with a Pest Control company. We are highly recommend to keep all doors and screens closed to prevent from insects to get inside. the garage at the house was converted to ADU Guest House which has currently a tenant lives there (old lady, very quiet).
