Floating apartment, first row in the 5* resort

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Being even closer would be inside ;-) In the 5-star Marina Yachthafenresidenz Hohe Düne, the yacht is in the front row. Romantic sunsets, watching the arrival of large cruise ships (some with fireworks), sunbathing on the foredeck, relaxing with the quiet rippling and rocking and enjoying all the advantages of the resort, various restaurants, relaxation on the private beach or a visit to the Deluxe Spa. Everything is possible. Other things to note The boat is brand new and has a main cabin and a guest cabin. It has its own shower/toilet and a fully equipped cooking pantry (cutlery, dishes, etc.) incl. Fridge with small freezer compartment for ice cubes, oven and grill, HD smart TV, fully automatic coffee machine, seating area with upholstery inside and outside. 230V electricity, Wi-Fi and hot water/heating are available. So you can spend several days there completely self-sufficient. However, all the facilities of the resort are also available. These are partly subject to a surcharge, i.e. family baths, washing machines, bars, restaurants, a great spa/fitness area, a private beach, kids club, shops, etc. So you can also have breakfast at the hotel or book a 7-course candlelight dinner in the evening. Furthermore, there are many great activities such as sailing and diving courses, fishing trips, harbor tours or a visit to the climbing forest or the seal station which is directly opposite. By ferry you are in 5 minutes in the idyllic fishing village of Warnemünde or by S-Bahn in the city of Rostock. For more information, please feel free to contact me. The parking is camera-monitored and subject to a charge. The boat must not be started! It must not be moved! Exits can be arranged/booked separately. No pets. The boat is DesignCategory B which means it is built for up to 4 meter waves and wind force 8. As a rule, the boat can withstand more than the crew ;-) Please keep in mind... in bad weather, strong winds or storms it can get very shaky and loud. You can feel the forces of nature directly, which can also be a special experience. So, that should be everything important so far...
