There is private parking, fabulous views and personal dock. It also comes with kayaks and a canoe. There are 2 cruiser/mountain bikes and a pontoon for rent if available. In addition to your own lake dock you have a your own private beach and a beach about 200 feet away. There is also a fish house for cleaning the fish.
