Unplug - Boat, pool, hot tub on Lake Michigan!

Have you stayed in a boat allowing the sun to wake you up? Have you experienced the joy of doing nothing? In the lazy waves of Lake Michigan lies UNPLUG where we encourage you to practice the joy of doing nothing. Unplug has one large bed on board that can sleep 2 (Q size), a smaller Full bed, a small sofa, and a kitchen on board with basic amenities. The bathroom on board is not usuable but guests can use the clean well kept marina bathrooms and showers just a short walk away. Come unplug! The space Reconnect with a loved one, or gift someone for an anniversary or a birthday, a night at this 28 foot long space that makes "Unplug" feel like a tiny home. We really encourage you to do nothing at DfN, but whether you're a digital nomad or a workaholic, the small L sofa, a kitchen with an electric stove, a V shaped bed and skylights above, provide a cozy vibe that can be used to find more of yourself, discover more of a loved one, or really just HAVE to respond to emails. A small extra bedroom that fits a full size bed can sleep 2 more. The deck above has another sofa. There is a bathroom on board with a sink and pump toilet but NOT usable - guests can use the marina bathroom and showers that are way more convenient and just a short walk away. They are also really clean and just like glamping. There is a step up to the bed and steps down to go from the main deck to the living area. You also have to take a step over water to get on board. The boat has to stay docked and cannot be taken out, no smoking and no parties are allowed out of respect to other boats who might also be coming to stay unplugged and enjoy the water and outdoors. Also, all guests or visitors need to be on the booking. Guests would need to step on and off the boat over a body of water so we do ask guests to be aware and careful. We look forward to hosting you! Other things to note Guests must see the boat as a glamping experience much like having a luxury bed and airconditioned but in a campsite. Guests can use the marina which has wonderful facilities for all needs, including a pool and hot tub besides the bathrooms and showers. The marina also has a gas grill you can use.
