Spacious private master bedroom with private master bath in safe neighborhood near Austin Bergstrom International Airport and 5 miles from downtown Austin. The space Private master bedroom with attached, newly-renovated master bathroom and shower. Furnished with a queen bed, desk, large flat screen television, a mini fridge and can furnish a rollaway twin bed if needed. DirectTV and HBO in your room, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video available. Washer/Dryer on site for those staying a minimum of four nights. Kitchen access is limited to the fridge, microwave, and making coffee (we have a small Keurig and a french press, please ask for information on checking in if you'll need access to either). We are two friends who purchased this house together as an investment. We stay in the two smaller rooms on the other side of the house. Allison has a 7 year old small dog named Davie. You may have seen mentions of a black lab Maggie in our reviews and photos. Unfortunately, she is no longer with us. I haven't had the heart to take her photos down yet. ❤️‍🩹 Guest access Kitchen (fridge, microwave and making coffee ONLY), backyard, living room, laundry room with washer and dryer (four night minimum). Accessories in bathroom. WiFi, DirectTV, HBO, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video available. Street parking. During your stay Depending on your schedule, you might see us around the house. We're pretty friendly so feel free to hang out. Other things to note NOTE: IN-PERSON CHECK-IN PROCESS We prefer to do an in-person check-in for all guests. Since this is a shared space with pets, and there’s a good chance we’ll cross paths during your stay, we have found that meeting in person first helps everyone feel more comfortable and at ease. If an in-person check-in doesn’t work for you, please message us before booking to see if we can accommodate your needs for the dates you’re considering - or consider booking a different space that better suits your preferences.
