Each featuring memory foam beds, new linens, towels, and pillows to make for a comfortable night's sleep. The large open-space living room has ample space to enjoy a movie on the 55-inch HD Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Youtube etc. Fully equipped kitchen with new modern stainless steel appliances, sleek wood cabinetry and ample overhead lighting. Not to mention, a toaster and Keurig for your morning coffee and tea. Master Bedroom: The closet will be locked for cleaning supplies. There will be a dresser in the room for your use. Other things to note This is a stand alone, 2 story home in a quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am and keep noise to a minimum at all other times. The city provides neighbors with a 24-hour hotline to report noise concerns. Loud noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. NO amplified music is permitted outdoors at any time. Guest will be charged a minimum $250.00 fee for calls of noise/compliance complaints. No more than the booked amount of guests on the property at any given time. The home has its own security system for your safety and a keypad front door allowing for easy access. No early check-in/out unless agreed upon prior to arrival. The access code is only valid for the duration of your stay.
