We welcome you for any kind of stay and prepare the accommodation accordingly on request with a surcharge: classic vacation, themed stay, birthday, wedding, business stay, Airbnb for Work, seminar, various workshop, video shooting. The accommodation is classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, it has 3 bedrooms with double bed of 160, prepared upon your arrival, a bathroom with shower and bathtub with towels and bath mats provided. You will enjoy a 50 m2 living room with its open plan equipped kitchen allowing comfortable space for our vacationers and a workspace for companies looking for a quality Airbnb for work. The villa faces south, so you can take full advantage of its California pool to relax on its beach, have an aperitif on its banquettes or go long laps for the more sporty. For the happiness of our children, a cabin and swing play area is nestled under a large magical tree for their greatest pleasure! All immersed in a purely Mediterranean atmosphere on a 1200 m2 fenced and secured plot. The exteriors remain to be improved, which is why we charge average prices and not above average. Guest access Accommodation is easy to access and find with GPS. It is available as a whole except for the garage and the pool technical room which are private.
