Cozy Horse Barn - Equine & Owner Lodging

The Farm specializes in lodging for horses and their owners. We also host guests that travel with pets other than horses. Price listed includes use of one guest room (2 people / twin beds) and one stall. There is an additional room for 2 people-also twin beds. Adjustment to fees are made based on rooms needed and animals staying. The guest rooms are well appointed and steps away from the stalls and turnout areas. The space A four stall horse barn with guest rooms for equine owners/handlers. Stalls are 12 x 12, matted with individual light, fan, grain feeder, water bucket. The stalls are bedded and stripped/disinfected by property owner. Dutch doors open to a dry lot and/or grass paddock with 12 x 35 overhang and four board fence with top electric. There is a wash stall with hot and cold water; emergency vet service; manure removal equipment and a stall surveillance system. There are two guest rooms; one is non-pet friendly and has twin XL beds, attached full bath, air/heat, kitchenette, 42 inch SMART TV, porch with chairs, and a firepit seating area overlooking a ravine. The second guest room is pet friendly and has twin beds, detached full bath, air/heat, access to kitchenette, 32 inch SMART TV, vanity with mirror and desk. The parking lot is 100 x 100 for easy turn around. Driveway is best suited for rigs less than 70 feet (including truck). Guest access Guests traveling with horses may access the guest rooms, barn aisle / stalls, outside spaces where horses may be turned out and grass area spanning the length of the barn and outdoor seating area. Other things to note There is absolutely no access to the property behind the barn and beyond the fence line. The land is owned by another family. No fires are to be started in the fire pit; it is for owner's use only. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Dogs must be leashed while outside.
