“The Fish Bowl" at Austinmer has amazing views from each room with a unique 360 degree viewpoint north across Austinmer Beach and south to Thirroul and Wollongong, east and west to the ocean and escarpment. Exceptionally well located with very short walking distance to Austinmer beach, parks, transport and cafes while still being easy walking distance to Thirroul attractions and restaurants. The space The space is all yours and is totally separate to the main house below. Enter via the front porch door into a private mud room with storage for prams, surfboards, bikes, suitcases etc. and head upstairs to the apartment. Two good sized bedrooms comfortably sleep 4 adults or family. Bedroom 1 has a super king bed and Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 also has a large built-in wardrobe. The lounge and dining area is a large and comfortable space with ample seating and modern furnishings. The kitchen/ bar is equipped with a wine fridge, bar fridge/small freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Please note there is no cooktop, only an electric frypan. A bathroom sits between the two bedrooms. The terrace balcony is a great spot for meals and post-beach drinks. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with ample free street parking. All bath and beach towels and linens provided. Please note there is no laundry in the apartment however a towel service is offered free of charge to replenish beach and bath towels for those staying more than 2 nights. The bathroom is shower only. Please note for those with very small children, the space is located at the top of a staircase.
