Cheerful 2-story home with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms. There’s space to comfortably accommodate 8-10 people. Smart TV, pool table and private pool in the back yard as addition, makes it fun for your group to spend time together. Conveniently located in the center of the town, only 4 miles to the Las Vegas Boulevard and 3 miles to Chinatown. The space The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bath. Second bedroom with two single beds. Third and Fourth bedrooms with queen beds. Bath towel, extra blanket and pillows in the closet of each room. One couch in the living room and another one in the playroom area to make sure we have enough space for all our guests. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms with tissue, shampoo and body wash prepared. Guest access Private parking on the driveway or street parking in front of the house. Please do not block our nice neighbors' driveways. Other things to note POOL availability is not guaranteed due to maintenance and weather factors. It is open from April to September, unless special requested. There is NO heating or jacuzzi function and maintenance is once a week (every Friday) and the pool guy will access the backyard directly from the side gate. The pool might catch leaves/small amount of dirt during windy days. Please inquire priorly for the pool availability. The central A/C is set to 75°F during the summer. If you would like a different temperature, please contact the host. Note that due to high outdoor temperatures, the A/C may not be able to cool below 72°F. NO PARTIES / EVENTS! CITY HAS ENFORCED NOISE ORDINANCE. No food/drinks provided due to the hot weather, please prepare if needed. Family leisure pool table, not professional. There might be street work around the house.
