Studio w/Hot tub & kitchen! >1 mile from downtown

Enjoy a cozy, comfortable stay less than a mile from the quaint, historic, downtown Silverton area. Enjoy soaking in the hot tub, making s’mores in the fire pit, bbqing in the backyard or riding the vintage beach cruiser bikes to explore fantastic restaurants, breweries, antique stores, coffee shops, parks, movie theater. Angel & monastery (5 m), Silver Falls State Park (18 m) The space Our home is on 3/4 of an acre, was the original farmhouse in the area back in 1901 and was surrounded by 15 acres of apple trees before the city of Silverton was developed. The guesthouse is a studio that’s detached from (but next to) the main house. There is a separate entrance with self check in. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of town but close enough to walk to the historic downtown area. There are also two beach cruiser bikes available with helmets and locks if you would like to use them to explore. The backyard (where the hot tub is located) is very private and completely fenced. The guesthouse is more like a tiny house in that it is 309 sq feet but includes a small kitchen, a full bathroom and a walk in closet! The kitchen has an apartment sized refrigerator, gas range, microwave, coffee pot and a toaster oven. The bed is a comfortable, queen Casper mattress and there is an air mattress in the closet for additional guests. (Since the the unit is a studio, it’s best suited for 1-2 guests but if you don’t mind taking up space with the air mattress it can accommodate 4 total guests.) Enjoy the robes for use with the hot tub. In the summer you are welcome to pick a handful of blueberries from our garden or use the BBQ, lawn chairs and fire pit with some roasting sticks for your marshmallows. We have a complimentary Starz subscription if you would like to cozy up inside during your stay, as well. Guest access You have free access to the entire fenced area of the backyard. Other things to note For an additional fee of $20 we are happy to help you by washing a load of your clothes. We don’t fold them just wash and dry and deliver back to your door.
