Central 3 bedroom apartment on Copenhagen lakes

We have a wonderful, 130sqm two story apartment in the middle of a trendy city suburb in Copenhagen, 10 mins metro/cycle to the centre of town. Our courtyard opens to the Copenhagen lakes where you can take a beautiful walk, sip a coffee or dine with a view. The apartment is 5 mins walk to Fælledparken - one of the biggest parks in Copenhagen, and just 10 mins transport to the beach. There is a shared courtyard with friendly neighbors and lots of cafes and amazing bakeries nearby. The space The apartment has two floors (third and fourth), with access from the third. The third floor has two sides: - The first side has an open kitchen area with breakfast bar and a connected dining area. - The other side has a lounge room, and then the first bedroom with an en-suite newly renovated bathroom. The main bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed (IKEA Idanas). It is in a tight space with 13cm/20cm each side so check the pictures if you have mobility issues. The fourth floor is accessed via the spiral staircase: -The second bedroom has a day bed which converts from a single bed to a double bed (IKEA Brimnes). The single bed/sofa (80x200) has two mattresses which then spreads to the double bed (160x200). We always aim to set up the bed for you as it needs to be set up carefully. -The third bedroom has a loft bed (IKEA Småstad 90x200) and a desk underneath. There is also a floor mattress (60x170 - stored in the second bedroom just behind the bed) which is suitable for a child 2-14 years, which can be set in the third bedroom. There are books, toys and board games for children which can be used, also books in English/Danish. Important: Pet lives here! We have a little Gecko (called Gibbon) who lives in the second bedroom. He is very quiet and gentle and lovely to watch when he is awake. If you stay in our apartment then we ask you to do some very simple care (change water daily, give food cups every two days). More information will be in the arrival guide but you can always ask in advance if needed. Guest access Accessing the apartment will be via keys in a lock box, very near to the apartment. Other things to note Before booking we advise you take note: 1. Apartment is 3-4 flights of stairs with no lift 2. Check the bed sizes in the description 3. Read the gecko care request below 4. Google 'Public parking in Copenhagen (blue zone) ---------------------------------- We have a little Gecko who stays in a terrarium in the upstairs bedroom. As part of staying in our apartment we ask guests to do some very simple care for him. 1. Change the water bowl every day 2. Replace the food bowl every 2-3 days (with pre-made little cups) 3. Spray the terrarium with water As part of staying in our apartment we ask you to do these simple tasks. The gecko is awake at night but very quiet and shy, and does not require any other care.
