Town House on City Outskirts, spacious double

Light and airy double room on 3rd floor of modern town house in North Solihull near to Birmingham. Excellent transport links via bus and train to Birmingham, Coventry and Solihull. Ten minutes from Birmingham Airport, NEC and Birmingham International Station. Local convenience shops short 5 minute walk. Lots of lovely parks and green spaces in local area with woodland areas and a lake. The property also has a small courtyard garden that you are welcome to use for relaxing and outdoor dining. The space Whilst we don't welcome pets we do welcome people from all backgrounds and cultures, same sex couples and all religions. High cleanliness standards with space between bookings to allow thorough cleaning between guests. All linen and towels washed with Dettol laundry cleanser kills 99.9% of bacteria/viruses. Hand sanitizer available at self check in station for before/after use and entry. The room has a double bed for 2 people, however you would be welcome to bring your own travel cot for a baby or toddler also. Desk space is provided in the room for working or use as vanity space with 20” flat screen TV with Freeview. Use of fibre optic broadband included with room. Large window letting in plenty of light but fitted with blackout curtains to keep the sun out when needed. The room has a lock for privacy and security, the property itself is very secure, you will be provided with an access key to enter and leave the property when you need. If you have any other needs or requests for your stay please just ask, we will accommodate where possible. Sitting room is open for use after 5pm with a 42” Smart TV, Netflix, DVD player and old skool games console. We are kid friendly with a few children’s toys/books available if needed, also a highchair that you are welcome to use please just ask. Guest access There is a large open plan Kitchen / dining area shared amongst the house which is fully kitted out with all kitchen essentials (there is no microwave we believe in preparing fresh food and reheating using cooker hob or oven). Washing machine available for use with washing line in garden for drying. (Small donation to cover costs of laundry detergent would be appreciated.) Please help yourself to tea/coffee. A modern bathroom is located on the same floor as the room with a full size bath and shower. Bathroom is private for guests only shared with a second room on this floor. Open plan living room with TV also open for use. Wifi included. During your stay Guests will be met on arrival at the property and shown the facilities where possible alternatively self check in instructions will be provided. It is up to you how much interaction you would like, I generally keep to myself so that guests can enjoy privacy but am usually around if you need anything. I can recommend local places to visit, advise on travel routes etc if required. If you would like to be picked up from Birmingham Airport or International Station this may be possible with advance notice for an additional cost. Local taxis are also usually available as well as Uber. Other things to note Street parking is available at the property.
